Crafter’s Group
Members of the Tavern Crafters’ group simply enjoy gathering together for fellowship and all manner of craft activities. In addition, our members enjoy helping get things done around the Tavern in a variety of ways.
We call ourselves a group rather than a guild because we don’t have dues or leadership positions such as president, treasurer, etc. Our only rules are that you must be a member of the Tavern and crafting with glitter is prohibited!
If you are interested in joining our group, we encourage you to visit for a couple of times, even if you’re not a Tavern member. If you decide to join our group, then Tavern membership is required.
We meet the first and third Mondays of the month in the Transportation Meeting Building (behind the historic Tavern) from 10 am until 3 pm.
Three times a year (usually spring, summer and fall) we have a 4 1/2-day members-only retreat.
Our contact person is Elaine Griger – 804-453-3496.
