The Heritage Arts Center at Rice’s Hotel/Hughlett’s Tavern in Heathsville, is a vital part of our community and the Northern Neck. As the last surviving 1700’s structure of its kind on Virginia’s Northern Neck, the Tavern brings together history, the arts, and our community.  

In 2000, the Rice’s Hotel/Hughlett’s Tavern Foundation was formed to renovate, reinvent and maintain this treasured part of our community and our state.
